promoter(constitutive)+rbs+araC+terminator+pBAD+rbs+tmRNA

This part enables the transcription of tmRNA under the control of pBAD. To be noticed that there is no terminator downstream of tmRNA. Since tmRNA will not be translated after transcription, we need to maintain the proper structure, and the terminator part will become a redundant downstream part.
